I’ve lost close to 3.5 kgs this month and a big thank you to you for that! Your meal plans have broken my myth about dieting being an alternative definition of not eating. There were some meals that I found really really yum and I was surprised at the same time that I was actually eating healthy all the time.The last 2 weeks of this month I was majorly traveling so following the plan to the tee was an issue from my end so I’m sure had that not been the case, I could have lost more.
